Safari: Day 2

We saw harte beast early the next morning.
It was also the first time we saw 'African Buffalo' but we would later have a much closer encounter.
I have heard the buffalo being described as having a look of someone who is owed money.
You can normally smell the hippos long before you see them.
We saw this small croc whilst drving over a bridge.
These two larger ones were lurking on the banks.
This is was what we were really looking for - the leopard.  We would have never spotted it but luckily caught sight of it whilst it was climbing the tree.  Most animals we saw numerous times but this was the only time we saw the leopard.
Whilst heading back to camp for breakfast, we saw another pride of lions with a fresh kill.
Afterwards, two of the pride climbed this tree.
We then headed north on a driving safari to catch up with the great migration.
